Stamps and $1 Starting Bids: February Auction is LIVE

I am not kidding when I say we have a million stamps. Like literally buckets of them. And binders and books and albums and envelopes and it really is JUST A LITTLE TOO MUCH.

This whole problem compounded by not really knowing anything about stamp collecting except that “the market is soft”. Yes yes okay. But even in soft markets there are still collectors and still things to look for, right?

Right?

I don’t know how helpful this little auction will be for our downsizing project considering ONE MILLION STAMPS but there are a few thousand, or at least a few hundred, in our February auction, which is live and open for bidding until February 15, with shipping available across Canada. And we’ve started the bids at just $1! How cool is that? And some of them are SUPER old too.

Of course, as with every auction we’ve got lots of great comic books – here are a few of the highlights including Daredevil 158, Hulk 105, Amazing Spiderman 49 and lots more.

And even though I do not want to discuss the recent heart-attack inducing volatility in the price of silver, I DO want to make sure you know about the cool sterling silver jewelry in this auction. So pretty!

Also where do these Pokémon cards keep coming from? It’s like they just appear in the warehouse with a flourish from some little sneaky Pikachu that must live in the back corner somewhere. I don’t know how these things keep appearing but there they are. 12 lots of them in our February online auction!

We also have three signed hockey sticks in this auction including Brendan Morrison and Dennis Hull, but the dark horse is this signed Sidney Crosby stick from when he was just the littlest young man playing for Rimouski. Pretty cool if you ask me.
